Why would I use you rather than a high street store such as PC World?
Our pride resides in the personal service we offer, while your device is booked in with us the person you can track - or ask questions to about - the repair will be the technician working on your device. We believe that it is in our customers interest to communicate with the technician involved with their device as the customer can understand better what the repair implicates. The second reason would be that we can turnaround repairs with speed and efficiency, mainly completing repairs the very same day or within 24 hours. Big Brand Stores will often quote you after 5 days, and an additional 5 days will be needed to carry out the repair.
What is your pricing policy?
We will always quote you before any work is carried out. If the fault need a diagnostic before we are able to provide a quote, we charge a £35 check and test fee which is waived if you decide to go ahead with the repair. This check and test fee covers the time our technicians will spend diagnosing the device. We do not want you to have any bad surprises while your device is in our hands. We want you to know exactly what the repair involves and how much it will cost you before we start repairing your device.
How fast can you fix my computer?
We know that your customers' devices are getting more and more important to them every day. Hence we can repair most faults the very same day within a few hours as we always have technicians ready to fix your device as fast as possible. If we need to order any part then we can normally get the part within 2 working days. We don't send any repairs away as our top-of-the-line repair lab is unparalleled to any other bland repair shop.
Do you send computers somewhere for repair?
No we don't and won't send any device for repair, unless it requires a technician specialised in solving the fault your computer is suffering from. In this case, we will send your computer to our affiliated specialists which we have been working with for over 10 years. However, 98% of the repairs are done in-house.
Do you do laptop screens replacement?
The laptop screen replacement is one of the most common repair we do and is much cheaper than buying a new laptop. Call us for a quote, we stock the majority of laptop screens and can perform the repair within an hour!
Is my data safe during the repair?
We will always care for our customers' data. If your data is at risk due to the nature of the repair, we will discuss with you about the best solution to conserve your data prior to undertaking any repair work.
Do I get any warranty with the repair performed?
All repairs and parts come with a 12 months "no quibble" warranty, we will always be ready to replace any faulty part. We pride ourselves on being a fair company our customers can rely on, we continuously seek customers' recommendations. Consequently we will do the best we can to assure you have the best possible experience and recommend us to family and friends. The only repairs which come without any warranty are water/liquid damage devices, however we will give you a grace period of 10 days. During this grace period, you can come back to our store for more checks and, eventually, additional work.
